Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We deliver to all UK mainland address, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

 

For domestic priority and express delivery orders must be placed by 3pm. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect. 

We also deliver internationally - costs and delivery time vary.

Delivery Service Details Charges

Standard (3-5 Working Days) (Please Note This Does Not Include Weekends or Public Holidays) - £1.99

Free Standard Delivery for orders over £50.

Next Day Delivery (orders placed before 12pm) - £3.99

 

UK deliveries provided by UK Mail & DHL.

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.

We ship to over 100 countries around the world including North America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. 

International Custom fees & Duties

International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.

Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you've received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it..

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days.
